There are two categories of membership open to those over 18 years of age (those under 18 are welcome on Club meets provided they are accompanied by their parent/guardian or an adult nominated by their parent/guardian):
Ordinary – Anyone who is able to sign our declaration of faith.
Associate – Anyone who is sympathetic to the Christian message but feels unable to sign the declaration of faith.
The membership subscription, applying to both Ordinary and Associate members, is £33 per annum and a discounted rate of £30 applies to long term unemployed, and those in unpaid, full-time Christian work. The membership year runs to 31st March and membership taken out after 1st January in any one year is valid until 31st March in the following year. A sliding scale is applied as follows:

- The subscription includes Mountaineering Scotland membership where benefits to members include insurance on meets and a copy of the Scottish Mountaineer magazine (quarterly).
